British Summertime Concerts
Hyde Park London

BST has confirmed its return to London's Hyde Park for another summer of massive names in the summer sun.

It’s time to get excited for summer 2024 as American Express presents BST Hyde Park proudly announces that international superstar Andrea Bocelli will headline London’s best festival on Friday 5 July, the first classical artist to headline in BST Hyde Park’s history, and a 2024 UK exclusive.

BST (or British Summer Time) made its debut appearance on the London festival scene in 2013 with two weekends of live music in Hyde Park. Every summer since, the festival has attracted huge international names to its Great Oak stage, with a wide array of acts scattered across smaller stages and even a huge fan zone for England’s World Cup semi-final in 2018.

Over the years, an eclectic mix of massive names have graced the festival, including The Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen, The Strokes, Kylie, Carole King, Bon Jovi, Elton John, Tom Petty, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Blur, Florence + The Machine, Céline Dion, Paul Simon, The Killers, Bruce Springsteen and Green Day. While the 2020 and 2021 BSTs were cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, the festival returned in 2022 with The Rolling Stones, Pearl Jam, Adele, Duran Duran and Elton John headlining.

In November 2023, BST announced its first headliner of 2024, Andrea Bocelli. A few weeks later they announced Robbie Williams as another headliner.

In January 2024, K-pop megastars Stray Kids were announced as the next headliners, hitting the BST stage on 14 July. Consisting of members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N., Stray Kids released their debut EP Mixtape in 2018, planting them at the top of the South Korean charts, and as they climbed the charts around the world, in 2020 the group scored a pair of No.1s at home for GO LIVE and its repackaged version IN LIFE.

Next up Canadian country-pop royalty Shania Twain was announced as the next headliner. One of the best-selling artists of all time, the 'Man! I Feel Like A Woman!' and 'You're Still The One' singer takes to the stage on Sunday 7 July.

Kylie Minogue was the next megastar to join the star-studded British Summertime bill. With over 80 millions records sold worldwide, 18 Arias, two Grammys and nine UK No.1 albums, the singer needs no introduction. Coming off the back of her first Las Vegas residency, Kylie heads to London with her latest album Tension and an unmatched wealth of pop singalongs.

News of Kings of Leon joining the bill soon followed, coinciding with the release of the Nashville band's latest single 'Mustang'.

At the end of February, BST announced that singer and songwriter of one of the best-selling bands of all time, rock'n'roll queen Stevie Nicks will grace the stage on Friday 12 July, performing favourites from both her own and Fleetwood Mac's rich back catalogue.

Saturday 29 June will see one of alternative R&B's biggest stars SZA bring a spectacular headline performance drawing on her smash albums SOS and CTRL.
